So even if the joy is fleeting we should still do things that we enjoy and that are beneficial.We always have to remain optimistic, because there is no point in being depressed. For a believer, every situation has some good in it. Allah tests those who He loves, so in a way tests and trials are a blessing. May Allah make it easy for you and your family and grant them shifaa.Most of modern music, television, and popular media is all junk food for the soul- I love this line, its so true. Thats why i try to stay away from it, its all just a distraction and waste of time. May Allah allow us to make the best use of our time. Ameen.
